What is a workspace?
Last updated June 3, 2026
A workspace is where you manage your websites in Repaint. It holds your sites and the people who work on them. It's also the level your plan and usage apply to. You can use one on your own, or invite others to collaborate as a team.
You create your first workspace when you sign up and give it a name. It starts as something like "Your Name's Workspace," though many people rename it to their company. You can belong to any number of workspaces. To switch between them, click the workspace name in the top left of your dashboard.
What's in a workspace
Your websites
A workspace can hold as many websites as you want. Every site you build in it lives together in one place.
Your plan and usage
Your plan is set on the workspace, not on individual sites. One subscription covers every site in the workspace, and they all share the same weekly usage allowance. See how to choose a plan.
Members
You can invite people to a workspace to work on its sites together. There are two roles. The owner manages billing, roles, and the workspace itself. Editors can build and edit the websites. Everyone shares the same usage pool. See how to invite people to your workspace.
