You can take bookings for appointments, group classes, tours, rentals, and other services. Repaint builds the system around how your business works. For example, customers could choose a staff member for an appointment, reserve equipment, or book places on a group tour.
You can describe your hours and booking rules in the chat, and Repaint builds the availability system around them. For example, appointments could follow each staff member's working hours, include a break between bookings, or require a day's notice.
You can change those rules anytime or block off specific dates. Repaint can also build a calendar or dashboard if you'd prefer to manage availability that way.
Repaint doesn't currently have a built-in connection to Google Calendar or Outlook. You can manage your availability and bookings directly in Repaint, but events in an external calendar won't automatically block time in your booking system.
You decide how cancellations work for your business. Repaint can let customers cancel or reschedule on your website, open the time for someone else to book, and send confirmation emails. You can set a cancellation deadline and decide when customers receive refunds. If you need to handle a cancellation yourself, you can do that through the AI chat.
You set up payments by telling the AI how you want to charge for your services. Customers can pay in full when they book or pay a deposit toward the total, using cards or other supported payment methods directly on your website. You can ask the AI to check which bookings have been paid for or issue a refund.
Before accepting payments, you’ll need a custom domain, a bank account for payouts, and verified business details. Repaint guides you through the setup. Payment processing is only available to businesses based in supported countries.
Paid plans start at $25 per month and include hosting and a weekly AI usage allowance. Card processing is 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction in the US and varies by country.
There are no extra charges per booking, location, or staff member taking appointments. Your plan’s seat limit only applies to people you invite to edit your Repaint workspace.
