How to create and manage blog posts

Last updated June 3, 2026

In Repaint, blog posts work like any other content on your site. You create and manage them by chatting with the AI, the same way you edit the rest of your pages. There's no separate blog dashboard or CMS to manage outside your site. Your posts live in the site itself, and you edit them exactly like everything else.

If you already have posts on another site, you can also import them instead of writing them from scratch.

How to add a blog post

To create a post, give the AI your content and ask it to add it as a new post. There are a couple of ways to get your content into Repaint:

  • Paste the content directly into the chat.
  • Upload a file, like a PDF or a text document.
  • If your post has images, attach those too so Repaint can place them.

Once a post exists, you edit it like any other content, by chatting with the AI or editing text and images directly. You can learn more about editing your website here.

Write blog posts outside Repaint

Editing uses your weekly usage, and a blog post is a large amount of text. Making lots of small wording changes to a long post through the chat can burn through your usage quickly, since each edit asks the AI to work over the whole post again.

The fastest and most usage-efficient approach is to write your posts somewhere else, get the body text the way you want it, then paste the finished content into Repaint. That way you spend your usage on building and editing your site, not on wordsmithing inside a single post. See how usage and credits work for more.
