How to add a contact form
Last updated June 3, 2026
Repaint can add a contact form to your site, connected to its own form server. Just ask, and tell it which email address should receive the submissions.
How it works
When someone fills out your form, Repaint emails you the submission. You give Repaint one or more email addresses, and that's where the messages go. For now, there's no dashboard or list of submissions inside Repaint. The form simply emails you each entry.
How to add a contact form
Adding a form works like any other edit. Ask in the chat and tell Repaint where the submissions should go:
- Open the chat on your site.
- Ask for a contact form and say which email address should receive submissions.
- Tell Repaint where you want it and what fields it should include.
- Wait for the update, then review and test the form.
Example prompts
“Add a contact form to the Contact page and send submissions to hello@mybusiness.com.”
“Add a contact form with name, email, and message fields, sending to me@example.com.”
“Add a contact form that emails both sales@example.com and support@example.com.”
Using a form from another platform
If you'd rather use a form from another tool, like a survey builder or a CRM, you can. Give Repaint the embed code from that platform and it adds the form to your page, the same as any other embed.
