Do you offer refunds?

We generally don't offer refunds, but you may be eligible if you haven't used any of your Premium benefits yet. Once you've actually used what Premium unlocks, the subscription isn't refundable.

When a subscription is refundable

You can get a refund on a Premium subscription only if you haven't used any of its benefits. That means all of the following have to be true:

  • You haven't used AI editing beyond the free tier limit.
  • You don't have a custom domain connected.
  • You haven't had a site published for more than 24 hours without the Repaint badge.

If any of these has happened, your subscription isn't refundable.

Refunds on usage credits

Usage credits are refundable only if you haven't used any of them. Once you've spent part of what you bought, that purchase is no longer eligible for a refund.

Refunds on renewal charges

If you meant to cancel and got charged for a renewal, we're more lenient. Message support within 48 hours of the charge and we'll refund it, as long as you haven't used AI editing beyond the free tier limit that month.
