Why another website builder?
Existing builders are either too restrictive or too complex. Figma proved it’s possible to make custom designs in an intuitive editor. We believe a similar approach could modernize website builders. Repaint combines powerful customization with a user-friendly experience, making it easy to create professional websites without coding complexity.
Can I import from Figma?
No, we don't currently support importing designs from Figma. However, if you're familiar with working in Figma, building your design in Repaint will probably be easier than using another website builder, even if they have a plugin.
Is Repaint suitable for beginners?
Repaint balances ease of use with powerful customization. Anyone can get started with our templates. If you're familiar with flexbox or autolayout in Figma, you’ll probably understand the whole tool without a tutorial. If you’re new to responsive design, you’ll need to learn a few features to create really custom designs.
How can I use responsiveness?
Repaint uses a combination of layouts and breakpoints to make responsive websites. Design your site for one size, then make adjustments for different breakpoints. If you're unfamiliar with building responsive designs, our template library is full of responsive sections you can drag and drop like Legos. This helps you get started quickly and learn what responsive sections look like.
